4. Chinese dishes appeal to the senses throught taste, color and aroma. They try to have three to five different colors in their dish. Chinese food can be divided into eight reginal cuisines. They are, Sichuan Cuisine, Beijing Cuisine, Shandong Cuisine, Jiangsu Cuisine, Anhui Cuisine, Hunan Cuisine, Fujian Cuisine, Guangzhou Cuisine. They describe what each cuisine is like.
